China's output of seamless steel pipe industry has grown rapidly in recent years, accounting for 50% of the world; with the increaseing competitiveness, the ratios of exports become larger, it is 30% of outputs, it shown that it is a high achievement; but there are different views from the Planning Institute of Metallurgical Industry experts who  have made the comment: "the situations of seamless steel pipes'production and export are not as good as we thought, we should pay more attention to seamless steel pipe industry.
