A electric welded boiler steel pipe has a high creep rupture strength in the condition of high-temperature high-pressure side. It is widely used and makes good process in electric weldability, and this pipe has fewer welding defects compared to other pipes. Besides it also succeed in creep rupture strength and toughness.  

When manufacturing, one thing should mention, is that, the melting point of the mixed oxide of SiO₂ and MnO, or SiO₂, MnO and Cr₂O₃ should be not higher than 1,600°C. Otherwise, the oxide would result in the molten and squeezed out as slag components.
